A Little About Me,

As a true Edmontonian born and raised, I’ve always had an interest in the growth and development of our little big city. I grew up in Dovercourt, enjoyed our festivals, such as folk fest and Klondike days, and cheered for the Oilers before Connor McDavid could skate. I knew the value of hard work from a very young age; both my parents were blue-collar and instilled a work ethic that I still wake up with every morning.

I’ve seen this city grow past the grain elevators in Ellerslie and far up through the clouds of downtown, and I am truly proud of how far we have come as a city and knowing the people are still as humble as small-town folks. As I return to the real estate market after establishing a successful design and manufacturing business with my husband, I am reminded of how much I love this city. I am motivated to keep as many people here as possible to help grow our communities and continue to make Edmonton one of the best places to live in Canada.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do. Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
